Practices are held weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting at 6 pm at the new gym at Fisher Middle School.Īll participants must have fingernails trimmed and be dressed to exercise. No previous wrestling experience is needed. The emphasis is on fitness and confidence building. This instructional program is for individuals in grades K – 5.
